At Signal77, we take your commitment to your education seriously. Once registration has been processed, no refunds will be given. If you need to cancel the class, you will be entitled to reschedule your class for up to 60 days from the original class date. At least a 48 hour notice is required for any cancellation requests. Any cancellations requested outside of this window will not be honored.
Signal77 reserves the right to cancel any classes without possibility of refunds if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, building shutdowns, or other causes that are not caused by Signal77 rendering us unable to conduct the class. If such situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty or hold credit without expirations.
Signal77 reserves the right to cancel any classes if classes fall below a minimum of 3 students. If such situations do occur, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance and given the option to reschedule the class within 60 days of original class date.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to help. To reschedule, you must contact us at 904-657-0486 on weekdays or weekends during business hours (9am-5pm EST). We will not honor any rescheduling request if we do not have proof that you have attempted to contact us. Please leave us a voice message and also send an email to us: cancellation@signal77cprtraining.com. You may only reschedule once for each course you registered for. The rescheduled class must take place within 60 days of the original class date.
48 hours in advance or more notice: You must contact us within business hours (9am-5pm EST) 48 hours or more before the day of your class in order to reschedule.
On the day rescheduling: You are not allowed to reschedule on the day of the class. If you request to reschedule on the day of the class, you will be considered as a NO SHOW student. Please see the NO SHOW policy below.
Rescheduled more than once: We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We will not issue a refund, grant credit, nor reschedule you to another class if you are not able to make it to the rescheduled class, unless there are extreme weather conditions rendering you unable to come to class. In cases of extreme weather conditions we will reschedule you without fee or penalty to another class.
Lateness Policy: We value punctuality and respect the time of all our students. You must come to class on time. We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you are late, you may be turned away from the class. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we grant leniency to students who arrive within 15 late.
No Show Policy: If you fail to show up to class without notifying us at least 2 days before the start of the class, you will be considered a NO SHOW student, and no refunds, credit, or rescheduling will be granted.
When it comes to payment, we do not accept personal checks. However, we accept all major Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Cash.
If you place a charge in dispute, you (or the cardholder) will be responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any information we gather from you will only be used within Signal77. We do not store any credit card or payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/billing addresses, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors, and only our partners (e.g., Authorize.net, mail carriers, the AHA) will have access to your information to complete your transaction.
Classroom Policy: To ensure the best training experience for all our students, please make proper arrangements for the day. Each student is asked to arrive to class 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. All classes will start promptly. We ask that you wear proper clothing attire that allows you to move appropriately and freely while we complete the hands-on training. This may require getting down onto the floor for CPR demonstrations. We ask that you do not bring your children or pets (service animals do not apply) to the classroom, as this can be distracting to other students. If you have any physical limitations that may hinder you from properly performing all required hands-on skills, please inform the instructor ahead of time. Every student is required to demonstrate all skills proficiently to receive certification. If this policy is violated, you will be turned away from the class, and the rescheduling/no-show policy, along with any applicable fees, will apply.
