AHA BLS Provider Course

The American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support Provider Course is generally geared towards Health Care Providers. This Course trains students to quickly recognize an emergency in the In-Hospital setting, as well as the Out-of-Hospital setting. This course is a combination of video trainings, as well as interactive hands-on learning. The hands-on skills learned during this course include but are not limited to: Activation of the emergency response system, compressions, delivery of appropriate ventilations, and use of the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).

 

Although this course is geared towards Healthcare Professionals, ANYONE IS WELCOME TO TAKE THIS COURSE! We like to think of it as a higher level of CPR.

This Instructor-led course provides all students with the opportunity to get interactive hands-on practice. Students will also practice team dynamic scenarios, along with our video presentations. A passing score on the Basic Life Support Exam is required and will be taken by each student after all skills training is completed.

AHA Adult Heartsaver CPR, AED, First Aid Course

The Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AED Course is a comprehensive training program that combines video-based instruction with hands-on practice that equips individuals in the community with the knowledge and skills to provide immediate FIRST AID, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and safely use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in emergency situations. This course emphasizes the importance of timely and effective response to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies, and is led by an experienced First Responder who provides expert guidance and support throughout the training.

The First Aid portion of this course is unique in that it can be tailored to meet the needs of the participants. Depending on your need, we can include a multitude of topics varying from basic first aid (bandaging, etc), to health emergencies (diabetes, stroke, heart attack, anaphylaxis, etc), to sports injuries (splinting, concussions, etc).

This Pediatric Heartsaver Course is geared towards anyone involved in childcare who would have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant. This comprehensive training program combines video-based instruction with hands-on practice that equips individuals in the community with the knowledge and skills to provide immediate First Aid for choking, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and safely use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in emergency situations. You will learn these skills for not only adults, but also pediatrics and infants. This course is led by an experienced First Responder who provides expert guidance and support throughout the training.

The First Aid portion of this course is unique in that it can be tailored to meet the needs of the participants.
